will be going to shop to pick up Wed.. will ask $$ for dunlop $$.. didnt want one so didnt ask ,but i will tomorrow Randy.

I was wondering about the Avon Harley tire prices. I know the Honda Goldwing Avon Chrome tires have been hard to get and the prices seem to keep climbing.

got my Avon today for the Tri & lady told me the Avons are all gone already. Those Avon Trike tires sure are popular.

WOW - seems sort of high. Think I will just stay with my Harley tires.
YIKES! That' almost a hundred more than I paid for my BT46 a couple months ago....
Perhaps Avon thinks we will all move their way without price consideration. I sometimes look at it this way - I may get less miles on the Harley tire - but, I can get two of them.

Thank you. Can you please share some of the advantages you have found when using the Avon?
My current time has less than 7K on it - so, I am good for some time. Have a few trips planned this year so we will see how this goes. I don't seem to have any handling issues.
Years ago on my earlier trike, I use to run a tire backwards and all worked well. Usually, it the tire I am using works well, I keep using it. Just like my battery....some folks say their battery last say, for years. When they are ready for a new one, the look for suggestions. I might say, if it lasted 4 years, why not stay with that battery.
Great handling tire with a comfortable ride........with excellent tread wear.
I have the Avon on my 2022 DCT Goldwing CSC Trike.
Got between 9,000 and 10,000 miles on the Avon trike tire on our CSC trike. Still looks good with plenty of tread. I always run 40 - 41 psi. Runs well and handles the twisties. It is the Harley trike size MT90B16.
Does anyone have them in stock for a GL1800 trike (180/70 18)? Tried Revzilla, JB, Rocky Mountain, Dennis Kirk and a few others, backordered. Thanks.

Summit Racing has the Avon Trike Tire on hand but they went up to $322.00.
Demand is there, so they keep raising the prices.
