Air shocks

Karl, I am sure someone will come along and try to help you answer your questions soon that is familiar with your brand of trike.

Funny you should ask... I dropped my 2008 GL1800 trike (MotorTrike Adventure kit) off at the shop yesterday morning and asked the tech this very same thing.... he said it was perfectly normal... the nature of the beast. He told me in tech terms why it does this but my brain summarized it as being the system is compensating for the variables of the ride...road surface, air, weight....

After I set it, the gauge MIGHT jump UP another 3 points while out riding but never drops below the number I set it at.

MotorTrike’s contact info.... ask for Richard for best consulting. He is a pretty busy guy so give him some time to respond if you can’t talk with him immediately and have to leave a message.

Mine is random, I can set it at 14 later I look and it might be 25. Then I push the down button and it might drop to 13 instantly. It seem very strange and can go up or down by 8 or 10 when I look away.

There's your problem, you keep changing it. Set it and leave it. Read post #5. It's and automatic system compensating for variable conditions.
