Air Bags deflated over the winter?

I got the GW MotorTrike out of winter storage. I noticed that during the past six months the air bags deflated. I filled them and all seems well. I was just wondering if other air bags leak down over the winter.

Not uncommon in any "gas" system as the most minute leak will allow gas to escape over time. Air (gas) will escape where a liquid will not and making a "gas" system totally non-leaking is very expensive. Just pump her up and ride as long as you don't find a major leak or damage to the system.

normal..every set of airbags iv'e had in the past 10 years has leaked down over the winter.

the set I have on now leak about 3 lb. a week.

I just fill them up where they need to be and ride.

most air bags have a minut leak around the bottom crimp ring where they have to double over the air bag to crimp it .because of the bottom being smaller in size.
