I have some questions for those running aftermarket header pipes. I have a de-catted header pipe and recently installed a Motor Trike manual Reverse. I move the pipe out about 9/16" to clear the trans cover. Cannot move it out anymore without hitting the trike frame with the S-pipe. Looking down between the trans. outer cover and the exhaust pipe I have about 1/16" clearance so with that I probably have abut 3/32" between the exhaust pipe and the trans cover. So What I'm asking is what is the thickness of your aftermarket pipe where it passes the Trans. I'm afraid that running out here in the big sand box with the temps running well above 100* I will end up with clutch issues.

I have Cobra exhaust, and mechanical reverse. Pipe clears trans cover, had to trim about 1/8” from the heat shield.

I hated the noise and jerky operation of the electric reverse.
