I have had my new 2017 Tri Glide for about 4 months and have about 4,000 miles on it. I am thinking of changing the mufflers and air cleaner.

I live in California and want to have the work done at the HD dealer I have been going to for years. They just told me they can now only install HD mufflers or a new one that is California legal from Reinhardt.

Does anyone have advise on this and/or has done it? Is it even worth it without doing more engine work. Cams, etc.

Thanks for you help on this.

The Hi Roller Slip-ons that you can see HERE, are also California Legal.

None of them will do much for performance until you add a free flowing air cleaner and a tuner. But you might like the sound better.

You do Not need to do a cam to get a nice bump in power...just free flowing exhaust, air cleaner and a tune will get you 10%+ improvement.
