2018 Triglide stereo goes berserk over 75 degrees

Using a Thumbdrive. As soon as it gets above around 75 degrees outside it starts jumping around. The song will skip to a different section and back and then it will switch songs. Sometimes it will also jump to AM or FM stations and hop around there. Dealer just shrugs his shoulders. Last fall during final service before winter they said they could fix it by updating the firmware. Wasn't able to test it until this past month and it's not fixed. Driving me batty!

If you are keeping the Thumb-drive in the fairing pocket, In that piece of foam it will hold heat....I threw that foam piece of garbage away....I had the same problems till i got rid of it....

Unfortunately I have taken the foam out too. Still going whacky!

Finally some progress. Someone suggested getting a high quality Thumbdrive. So I did. Rode around today in 85plus weather and it restarted a song. So I opened up the compartment and let the drive hang out (tried that with the other with no luck). This time it kept playing.
