2011 Heritage/Frankenstein conversion...

Hi all...

I just finished putting the Frankenstein rear-end on my bike. Looks good and I'm sure it will ride good. However, I'm having a problem with it.

As you know on the 2011 Softails Harley put the new BCM module right in the middle underneath the front of the rear fender.

I guess Frankenstein didn't take this into consideration. After getting it all together following the instructions they provided, I now find that the drive built is rubbing against the bracket for this module.

There is no adjustment for this. The bracket cannot be moved as from what I can see. The only thing I see to do is to shave or notch this bracket to give clearance to the belt.

Has anyone else converted a 2011 Softail and come upon this problem?

Looking for any help.

Thanks!

Frankenstein will not do anything with it. I have been on the phone with them about it several times.

They even asked if I could bring the trike out to them and let them look at it. I was ready to trailer the trike to them. Had the date set with them. At the last minute they told me I should let a shop closer to me look at the problem and see what they could do with it. There are no shops or Harley dealers near me that deal with Frankenstein.

This isn't setting well with me at the moment!
