What is the part called that covers the front fork? Not the rotor cover but the one that bolts to the back of the fender with two bolts. I broke both sides and the back of the front fender. Never mind it is a front fender cover but I still need them.

Yes, but I need the front-rear fender also.

You may want to try a salvage yard or Ebay for a front fender.

I did, right now I just used Gorilla tape, worked great.
