110 mile run for t-ball and lunch

Great day today. Had to rise and shine a little early, Granddaughter Charlotte had a 9:30 T-Ball game. Picture 17 kids, five 3 year olds! Then off to the Leona Valley around Castaic Lake and through the foothills. Great little converted house in the middle of no-where with a patio view that kills. After lunch a 50 mile run down Bouquet Canyon back to Santa Clarita. Oh, did I tell you it was shorts and tank top riding days!! I took a picture of my weather station display, missed 100* by 0.6 degrees!!!

WOW!! Can you send just a little bit of that warm weather towards the midwest!?!? We're still getting below the freezing mark at night!! In fact, I pluged the battery tender back in for our trike!!

Those pre-schooler sports games are such fun to watch. They play with so much heart and with such big smiles! Competition isn't important to them, but they are so very proud when they get a hit or a kick in. We ride to watch the pre-school soccer games

Used to watch the little ones (when the g'kids were younger) playin' football - cutest f'ball players EVER!!! Now they're teenagers and into more tech-y stuff! Cherish the good times while they're young!

BTW - PUH-LEEZ keep those hunnert-degree days out yonder - we had waaaaay too many last year, and I'm just not ready for 'em again in 2012!!
