Friday was the pits, I went to pick up my laundry at the commercial laundry and they lost my towels and sheets and tried to pawn someone else stuff on me, next I went to apply to another apartment complex and it was worse than the one I live in now, last it was dollar tree for beef broth and they had none.

Then it was a trip to the supermarket to get the broth, store was crowded for the holiday. When your whole day has been like Sh-t there is always someone who will make you smile and laugh. As I waited in line still boiling, three Mexican men were behind me and one of the guys opened up a tray a cheese cake slice and was eating it before checking out and I smiled at them and we all began laughing.

I thought no matter how crummy my day was there was someone who made my day.
Have you every had a crappy day with a pleasant ending?
 
Mine happened 2 days ago. Had to meet with our 2 new attorneys after we fired the other 2 yahoos to settle my Dad’s Estate with the farm. Found out the Estate owes $3.2 million in Illinois Estate taxes and not only do I have to sell all the farm equipment, now I have to sell some of the farm ground also. What a kick in the you know what.

Then when we get home, both dogs were sick and must have contracted some sort of dog flu from the vet when we had them there the previous day. What a mess to cleanup.

Then our young grandson was riding down our gravel lane on his new bike trying to get home as it cut loose raining and wrecked. Skinned up both knees and the palms of his hands.

Wife saw how bad a day I was having that evening when we went to bed and even though we didn’t have a fight, I got the best makeup sex ever and still thinking about it 2 days later! She’s a keeper and why we’ve been married 38 years now!

Ok, Reason I asked was I had a FroggTogg rain jacket where zipper failed and they fixed it, free of charge. I'm guessing that it's an authorized HD product made by someone else. It couldn't hurt to reach out to them and see if the might repair it. Bad part is that it doesn't help you right now when you needed it.
 
I got a steal of a deal on this jacket
It was a close out special marked down to $25.00 10 years ago, I may take it to Open Road Leathers here in Jax and have a new zipper put in it, It has served me well for ten years now
 
Jack that jacket doesn't owe you a thing. Any piece of clothing that only costs you $2.50/year to own has done it's job.I bet you can find a tailor who can put a new zipper it pretty cheap.
