    Clutch chatter, or something else?

Good to know. I'll change it out and see how it works.

    Clutch chatter, or something else?

I planned on doing the Barnett clutch over the next winter. Might move that timetable up if I can't adjust the chatter away. The belt looked good, no missing teeth, no cracks. I do have a manual. I'll be reading the "Clinic" threads while on a mini vacation this weekend. Thanks.

    Clutch chatter, or something else?

I guess I never knew there was a Harley specific Mobile 1 motor oil.

    Clutch chatter, or something else?

Update I pulled the side cover and checked the drive pulley, thinking maybe it was loose or something. Nope. Everything Looked fine in there. Is there a clutch adjustment, besides the clutch cable? Thanks.

    Clutch chatter, or something else?

2006 Yamaha xv1700 Road Star, Champion SA conversion. Under 10k miles. Recently developed a serious chatter or vibration when taking off from a stop. No issues once I get going and work thru the gears. Not sure if it's a road star problem or a Champion trike issue. I don't know what other info...

Raked or not? And steering damper.

Thanks. It steers easily. The wobble when the road is rough is the only issue.

Raked or not? And steering damper.

2006 Yamaha xv1700 w/Champion SA conversion: Just got this a few days ago, and I'm new to trikes. How do I know if it has already been raked? I am not familiar with the Yamaha Road Stars, and I can't really tell by looking. Maybe someone here can? Also, I get a lot of wobble on bumps. Is there...

    FP4 Tuner on my RG3

I put the FP4 on my 2007 Harley Softail. I used their canned tune in the beginning, then ran auto tune for about 150 miles. I picked up 2 MPG overall. I'll probably run it one more time to get it dialed in a little more. I bought the Tuner to correct a running lean issue from the previous owner...

    Noob from Southwest Iowa

Hi, glad to be here. I've been riding for about 25 years. My wife has always loved to ride along. We have been talking about finding her a trike, and this past Saturday we were finally able to make it happen. We were fortunate enough to find a 2006 Yamaha Road Star 1700 with a Champion trike...
