I have a variant of this on my trike. Nice and small. The problem I found is I hate seeing the front fender bobbing up and down so I mounted it on the handlebar. Don't really like it there but a much better view...
One of the things that helped me decide on the Soundstream V2 was the fact that you could add the rear view camera. At 76 I can't turn far enough around to be sure I'm not gonna hit something. Camera was suppose to be here yesterday. I was gonna put it in today. That count?
LOL
After pining for a few weeks over all the issues I've have with the radio on my trike, I bit the bullet and installed the Soundstream V2. Not a bad install at all. Follow any one of the YT clips on the install. No surprises. The difference is pretty much nite and day. I added the mic and a rear...
Just watch the bottom pivot points that they're not bending. It isn't too noticeable the first few times you use the lift. If I had the chance to start over. I'd slip a piece of plywood that would just fit between the jack and the floor from the start. Also use floor jacks to support the trike...
I did mine two years ago before our four corner trip. Used the Dunlop American Elite also. So far with close to 20K on it, no complaints. Still has plenty of tread left.
I have the pit bull lift and found the weak point is the area circled. The weight of the trike bares down right there and will slowly bend the pivot point down and the angle of the bike starts to tilt. I slip a 1/4" piece of plywood under the lift to take the weight off that point. I think mine...
Jacked the trike up to do some winter cleaning and inspection. I installed the remote oil filter 3 years ago and love it, but, and I can't say this strongly enough, you should inspect the the entire line at least once a year. I didn't like the rubber hose that it came with so upgraded to nylon...
I think this is what you're talking about. I put one on my '05 Ultra after having the 2nd stock one fail. Never had the problem again.

Pulled the trigger on a Freewire and a pair of Sena 20S EVOs. The Freewire paired easy and sounds great thru the 20s EVOs. Hated the Freewire hanging off the handlebars with the pigtail wire swinging in the breeze. So I came up with a hack. Ordered a 7 pin DIN MxF 5ft cord. Ran it back to the...
I don't see how a mid step helps. I use the passenger floorboard so I can get my leg up and over the seat and backrest. Even with my bride on board, she just slips her foot back enough so I can use it.
