J&S jack warning on 2107 trike
Friend just bought a 2017 tri glide and brought it over to put some goodies on it. Tried to use my J&S trike jack on it but Harley changed the left side exhaust cross over pipe and the jack won't clear the pipe. I called J&S and sent them photos, it was news to them.- scuba1954

Wards Fans runtime after shutdown
Couple things about live juggs. First if you have the water cooled heads the frame mount for the jugs is less then .125" from the water lines. Fuel Tank removal
As long as you are mechanically inclined it is a pretty easy job. It would help if you had a service manual. The fuel line has a quick disconnect. If you push up on the outside of the connector it will release from the tank just like removing an air hose from a compressor with a quick release...- scuba1954

Tranny 28 or 32 oz.
I have a 2014 trike and have always changed my own fluids. I was looking in the sevice manual and if you look at tranny oil specs and capacities it says it holds 28 ounces but if you look at the section on changing the tranny oil it says add 32 ounces, which is correct? Chrome caliper bolts or covers?
I have a 2014 trike and have been looking for either chrome caliper mounting bolts or the chrome caps that fit over the 12 point bolt heads? Any one know where I can get these? The Harley catalog does not show anything that will work.- scuba1954

Gopro mounts
I use a mount made by Hogtag collar (http://www.hogtagcollar.com/) it mounts with a clamp on your upper fork cover. There is absolutely no vibrations with the camera mounted in this spot.
