I concur again. I pop my primary cover off at every oil change just to have a look see. I don't like that Harley took away the inspection window in the primary but what are you going to do?. It's a lot better to have a look see at every three to five thousand miles than to have something to go...
As far as I know the two plus two narrow sweepers don't come pre-wired. At least I've never seen them. You might check with Hill Country cycles for pre-wired bars. I have installed several sets for people that have purchased from them. Although not on a Tri Glide.
I concur. My oil temperature sensor came with the Dakota Digital dash and replaces the oil drain plug in the pan. I've never got the oil temp to 200 let alone 230.
I concur. Mine has been higher on the right side since day one by approximately half an inch. I have done everything but space the body up to try and correct it to no avail. I live with it and it doesn't bother me.
I don't understand the temperatures that I am getting. I have a DK oil cooler and relocator kit on my 19 Tri Glide it's been very hot in North Carolina this week mid to upper 90s. 80 to 85% humidity. My oil temperature has never reached 195 on the longest ride. It climbs close when I get into...
Maybe it's just me but I've never had a urge to put any of my many bikes on a dyno. I guess I'm just not high performance oriented. The engine on my 19 Tri Glide is stock I do have a custom air cleaner and TAB mufflers with a tuner. It's 114 motor shits and gets down the road better than any...
My guess is and it's a guess only, the Advent black tour pack does not have speaker holes so the liner would not have speaker holes. Other than that apparently they're the same. Thanks for your input. You told me what I needed to know.
The Advanblack website says this will not fit the OEM King tour pack. Are you running an Advanblack tour pack or will these actually fit the stock tour pack? Thanks
I know here in Asheboro you can't drive right in and get an oil change. And it will surely be more than $100. It will be at least an hour labor that they charge you. That's not why I don't go down there and do it. I do it so I know it's completely topped up with exactly what it's supposed to...
