DK Customs is good for parts. Rear pegs: Kuryaykn adjustables. And bars? Seat as you normally do, close your eyes, and reach out and put your hands where they feel good. Now open your eyes and compare to where your grips are, that'll tell you how much higher and/or wider you want to go. I've...
When I was stuck there I used a thing called a Gas Hawg. Somebody's still selling it, but I wouldn't trust em too much since they're spelling it wrong - the original guy called it Gas Hog and Harley sued him.
But you can see what it looks like here... GAS HOG - Perfect for use on your Harley...
So yeah, she was due for a three holer anyway, and she's only about nine months old, so off to the service department. (I have a lift and do all my fluid changes normally, but we won't talk about my back right now)

(edit) wait... I'm thinking of the pipes that spin and look like Gatling guns. That's not what you're talking about...
I didn't need them on my '15 Freewheeler, but I bought the wiring extension just to make it easier. Clutch was no issue, had to rotate the banjo fitting on the brake just a tad. Didn't have to loosen it enough to even need bleeding.
