Paint protective film cracked and ugly
Steam is your friend. A cheap garment steamer from Wally World works well. It also can be used to reapply film. Gets bugs off your windshield too.- Old Road Dog

Primary chain adjuster
I'm odd man out. I like the auto adjuster. I remove the primary cover at every oil change. I dont care what anyone sez, change that primary oil. Microscoptic metal can adhere on the rotor cover because of the magnets and eventually short out the armature prematurely. HD sez impossible but they...- Old Road Dog

PASSING LIGHT CONNECTOR
I made my own connector using Tyco weatherseal connector. I don't care for the toggle switch myself. Instead opted for a marine style lighted rocker switch. They can be found on Fleabay and Amazon.- Old Road Dog

Thinking about a Freewheeler
If you haven't already- take one for a test ride. If you intend to pack a lady take her along also( buy the sissybar/ backrest and luggage rack at time of sale). 2 upgrades you should do immediately is Nextgen shocks and breather bypass. New to me 2017 Tri Glide Ultra advice
Stage II: Replace/ upgrade, oil pump and cam plate, inner cam bearing, torque cam, Hylift Johnson Direct Shot lifters from Larry's Motorcycle and Machine,and air cleaner and slip on mufflers. Trike Rear Fender Protection: Typical Price for PPF Installation?
You can do it yourself. There is a learning curve. A garment steamer, heat gun, slip solution and fingers and your all set. ABS system
I think the newer bikes are OBDII? In any case you need a scanner with bi- directional capability. Or do it the Old Road Dog way: Change and bleed fluid. Ride, panic stop. Go back bleed. Ride, panic stop. Repeat until your happy.- Old Road Dog

Newish member picking up first trike Saturday morning
If it dosnt have a breather bypass that should be the first thing you do even though it's 5 years old. DK Customs has what you need and get rid of that awful stock air cleaner. You already learned how to ride a trike when you were 2.- Old Road Dog
