The caliper(s) are a two piece configuration.
The outer half can be remove with dismounting the inner half.
There are 2 bolts (use 1/2" box wrench) and remove the bolts.
Remove the outer half, remove the brake pad, remove the rotor...
I took trade-in on an undamaged excellent condition Lehman trike kit.
The body is for kits with straight axles manufactured prior to 2012 and cannot be used on the LLS models with IRS.
The body is in pristine shape without any stress cracks and includes Kuryakyn grilled lightbars and mudflaps...

I only used that bracket in one or two of the WING EFX kits I installed.
Overengineering CAD people leading to double cost of basic components was the road-to-failure for Lehman.
Anyways, I have a solution ... possibly at least for the left side.

If the stock bushings don't fit, you might not have gotten the correct swingarm.
2001 and earlier used a different bushing, while the 2002 and later used a spherical bearing instead.
A note of caution when using the later swingarm (2002 and later) for a trike, get a swingarm...

03/28/21 update: Champion conversions generally bypass the front brake entirely so I suspect your issue is with the rear M/C or pedal free-play adjustment.
