Re-torquing Steering Head Bearings on Road Star
Has anyone done their own re-torquing of the steering head bearings on a Yamaha Road Star. It's obvious that mine need to be redone. Ongoing ride issues with the Voyager kit on my 2001 Yamaha Road Star
Thanks for the info, but I really don't have a problem steering in general. The problem is that the Voyager kit rocks and bounces the bike and jerks the handle bars when riding on rough roads.- DonW

Yes, I have talked to them as mentioned in my post when I refer to MTC. Specifically I've talked to Frank a couple of times and got the impression "it is what it is" when riding on rough pavement.
