same ol front tire question
Just purchased a 1998 ultra classic with champion kit. Everyone recommended a pilot activ rear tire for the front on my vtx trike. What is recommended for front tire on the harley trike? I've heard to just use the stock front tire used on the 2 wheeler. Yes or No?- David H.

Oil level
Just purchased a 1998 FLHTCU/I with a Champion trike kit. It has a MERCH Performance oil filter. Drained oil, cleaned filter and put 3 quarts oil in. It reads full on the cold dipstick mark(it's cold). Manual says check level on jiffy stand. Since I can't so that where should my oil level read...- David H.

Kliktronic shifter
Has anyone installed a Kliktronic electric shifter on their VTX. I have an 07 1300R(MotorTrike) that I could use some advice on installing the shifter. Pingle offers a mount kit for the VTX whereas Kliktronic does not. Kliktronic only offers a mount for H.D. I can probably figure something out...- David H.

I have a Motortrike kit with drum brakes on 2007 1300 VTXR. I want to order a Kliktronic dual lever brake set-up(I am a paraplegic). They offer 2 diff. sized piston sizes. Loud VTX
I just purchased a 2007 VTX with a Motor Trike conversion. The exaust that Motor Trike installed(?) is rather loud and backfires on deceleration. Is this normal for a 1300 and is there a remedy? I'm starting to think the loudness is the nature of the beast for a V twin, but am wondering if...- David H.

VTX Motor Trike fuel
I have a 2007 1300 VTX with a Motor Trike conversion. I am getting 30 miles per gallon. I ride at the speed limit (65-70 m.p.h.). Is this reasonable gas mileage or should I be getting better. Colorado altitudes by the way. Thanks...- David H.

Tour Pack
I've got a 2007 1300 VTX with a Motor Trike conversion.
