I kind of like that look, I also put a new linkage rod on mine, it seems ok, but I read that the factory ones are prone to break, the replacement seems much stronger
It was almost impossible to find neutral on my bike; I almost always had to turn the engine off to get it in neutral. Adjusting the clutch didn't help. It was so annoying, I thought about trading it in. I read somewhere (maybe here) about the Thrasin Supply Brand Inner Shift Arm. All the reviews...
I have 2011 Trigilde with the 103.. what exhaust do you guys recommend to cool it down a little? I dont want real loud , I was thinking maybe Rinehart , I had those on the Streetglide and I was happy with them, also is that something I can do myself?
I used a threaded rod and I made a couple of support brackets from stuff in the Universal kit. looks like crap, but it works. I didn't take any pictures
cant weld it, the break is very ragged and a piece of the bar is missing, but last night when I was trying to go to sleep, it just came to me that I can probably drill a hole in each side and then use a threaded rod and nuts to replace the bar that broke. going to try that in a little while
my sons' 2007 Honda VTX1300 has Harley Saddlebags and these mounts,( picture attached) the right side mount broke and I cant seem to find one anywhere, I bought a universal kit from Revzilla, but it's garbage and doesn't fit, anybody have any ideas?
I dont have a warranty, but I'm not comfortable removing the cat, I think I might screw something up since I dont really know how to do it, I'll probably save my pennies and go for the Rinhart full system
