It happens Every now and then the Ghost's of the past bubble up and haunt me..:Shrug:

I don't have the Grandkids to day, So i'll be able take a few power naps during the day....

Almost like dyeing but without the eternal commitment...

Well i managed to sneak in a 2 and 1/2 hour sleep...Do i [7:30 to 10 Am]

Do i feel better, The Jury is still out on that...
