Are the oem Dunlops on the rear of your Tri Glides 8ply rating? If not,what rating are they?

Thanks,Bob. Someone on one of the Facebook TriGlide groups was claiming his had 8ply rear tires.
I didn't think that sounded right. As light as a trike is,even a 4ply is almost overkill.

6ply is usually a trailer tire rating.

I have 10 ply on my 3/4 ton truck. I was doubting they were 8 ply, cause that sounded too heavy. Didn't look, but doubted it.

Darn it, now you've got my curiosity up and I'm going to have to bend over and look next time I'm near the trike.
