Robert is a super guy and will steer you right. Prices are the best I've ever seen too....
 
I have the SENA5, which is the el cheapo line of SENAs from Amazon, a very good buy. So if you want just the simple pilot to passenger communication, can't beat it in my opinion. If you want it to do more exotic things, then go with the SENA10 OR 20, but be prepared for the up charge. I try to keep it simple, I don't need complicated. We've had them in some pretty heave rains as well, no problem. Get about 8 hours of battery life depending on how much communication.
 
I recently went Bluetooth for the first time for my wife and me.
I really checked it out because it's kind of pricey.
I ended with the Sena 20S for us. We are happy with them. The sound is really good and it's real easy to pair the phones and anything else you want.
One problem was being able to use the CB on my Goldwing.
You have to spend about $150 more to get it working but by doing it I am able to use my complete Goldwing audio system via Bluetooth now.
Pretty neat.
