Google "Las Vegas pinstriper" and you will see quite a few options in that area.

Two that I've used that travel the show circuit are Sue Hopper and C. Wayne Nolan. Both are very good and can do whatever you want. I'm pretty sure they both hit Vegas. Both have Facebook accounts and Sue has a website as well. Sue does all graphics and Nolan does pinstriping while his partner does airbrush graphics. I would not hesitate to use either one. They both do old school pinstriping using a long squirrel tail brush. Amazing to watch them work with that thing.

Vegas is full of strippers, some good and some look like your mother at the age of seventy, so I have been told. LMAO

Come to the Rat Fink reunion in Manti Ut the first week end in June. Sanhe Syx (six) will be there along with a lot of the Ed Roth Rat Fink pin stripers will be. Shane did my Spyder last June and I have had a lot on complements on it. Besides the Rat Fink Reunion at Ed's home is worth the trip.
