Since I got my 2015 tri on long rides I would get neck pain between shoulder blades. I knew it was from having to reach forward and down to the bars. Many times I sat on the trike closed my eyes and reached out my hands always ended up about 2" up and 1 1/2" back. After almost a year I finally convinced myself to get different bars. Reading different posts on this and other forums I decided on the khrome works 2+2 narrow sweepers #300519. Install went good. I also ran all the wiring thru the bars made for a nice clean look. I watched the following you tube videos before install.

Well yesterday at 1:00pm here in Pa the rain stopped temp in mid 50's so I went for a ride. WOW this is one upgrade I should have done 13489 miles ago! Much easier to steer because my arms now have some bend in them and I'm not reaching down to the bars I'm not having to lean over the tank now when I turn.

A little insight if any of you are thinking of getting these. I am 5 10" from finger tip to finger tip I measure 72" give or take an inch (hard to measure myself) and I do have the bars pushed all the way front. If I would have been much taller or had a longer wing span these bars would not have worked for me. I would have needed to go with just the +2 sweepers (2"higher with no set back). Also installed an oil temp. gauge. Mid 50's 63mi. run highest reading 191 on a pull.

Note: No wire extensions or longer hoses needed watch first you tube video to see how to get around it.

Well Done

This has to be one of the most thorough and clear video presentations I have seen.
Thank you for taking the time to explain what is involved. A great lesson in patience.
Good lighting made a big difference.
