Placed a order for a trike kit.Looks like I will be doing this project in the near future.I have a trip planned for the smokie mountains in sept.I doubt that I will be able to start this until I get back.It will depend on the time line that I receive the kit.I plan to take the bike ,so can't have it down at that time.That means I will have to get a new rear tire just for the one trip.

Buy a new Rear BT45 tire that will fit on the front when your triked. Run it in reverse direction.

Congrats on the kit.

You can check with some of the shops that might have a deal or used tire that is acceptable.
Check with your riding friends, they might have one. When I nee to change tires early for a trip I put it up just in case someone needs it.
