Heated Seat Connection

I just received my Mustang heated seat today for my 2022 Tri-Glide, but the seat connector doesn't seem to pair up with the accessory connector in the left side panel. Am I missing something?

Maybe hooked up with the pigtail for the battery that’s under the left side’ Side panel??

I rode 150 miles on the seat today in 40 degree temps. This seat get way too hot on the high setting and as far as comfort, well I've always favored Mustang seats.

That's what I tried...1st pic is the seat connector, 2nd pic is the connector under left side panel

There’s an adapter cable you need to buy from Harley for that probably I bought it for mine and now I’m having problems with the seat and the adjustable backrest not working together
