Does anyone know why the billet engine mount bracket(16205-10) doesn't fit trikes ? I am not seeing why, seems to fit like it should, actually fits better my way. (I had bought a real cheap one flaking chrome on ebay and had it pcoated black, profitable if it didn't fit)
their way-
From left side of the motorcycle use a three foot length of 2x4 wood as a pry bar. Insert the flat side of the wood between the left frame down tube and front cylinder. Use just enough pressure to move the motor slightly to the right and install the long screw (5) and washer (4) in the lower right side of the bracket.
my way-
use a chrome SHCS.(I always try to replace everything with chrome bolts).

they fit nice addition

i have a 2010 triglide i installed it works and looks great.
make sure you use the new bolts.you need a three foot 2x4 along the frame and the head to push
the engine over enough to remove the 2 bolts and install the new bolts.
most harley dealers will put in shorter bolts.theres nothing mentioned in hd manuals.
you should consider getting rid of the stabilizer link also
i put in a chrome polyurathane shock.dropped my vibrations 75%.
