I am considering a trike and have been lurking for awhile in hopes of gathering pearls of wisdom from those who have gone the trike route. The first thing I learned was the value of the rack modification.
Thanks to all who post and help us newbies out.

You are definitely in the right place to gather all the info you could possibly ever want on trikes. So from NY welcome! Hope I see pictures of your new baby someday when you make that big decision to ride like us on the wild side!

Welcome to Trike Talk from Central VA. ThumbUp

Read up on previous posts in all areas. As mentioned, you'll get a tremendous amount of information and I'm sure once you've narrowed your choices down, those who own the trikes you're considering will chime in with more info. ;)

I am so glad that I went to a trike. It literally multiplied my previous year's miles by 10. I still have a two wheeler, and have not lost my love of riding it, but because of my disability, the trike gets me out more often.

If you are considering a trike, I urge you to read as much as you can about the various motorcycles, trikes (HD) and kits. If possible, ride as many as you are able. It's a big investment, but well worth the money in my world.

First of all welcome to Trike Talk from Southeast Missouri.:wave4: Take a little time to check out the forum and see what everyone has to say about the bike and the different trike kits offered. Of course the best thing is to be able to get on some of them and see for yourself on a test ride. You will find that most of the major trike dealers will let you take a short test ride and you will be able to determine for yourself which feel better for you. Everyone has their opion and you will have one also after a test ride.ThumbUp
