Footboard extenders

Welcome to Trike-Talk......Tony........:wave4:

Give DK Customs a look, There are a sponsor here in Trike-Talk and they sell floor board extenders...

+2 for the DK Customs floor board extenders. They use beefy hardware that allows for the confidence necessary to place my entire weight on just one floor board if it were necessary. They are out just enough to get me away from the heat of my 2019 Tri Glide Ultra. I have had them on my 2016 and 2017 TGU's and would NEVER be without them!

Totally agree. Footboard extenders, extended shift levers and extended foot brake lever are must have additions for me.

+3. Cant go wrong with DK products.

I think the reason that the DK Customs floor board extenders are so popular is that they have no difficulties with fitment and the hardware appears to be robust which is confidence inspiring when you put your weight on a step to get on the trike. I am sure that you could duplicate the hardware but they have taken the time to research and refine what they include in the kit which takes the worry out of getting some components that might not be robust enough for the application and raise potential safety concerns.

Don't forget about V-Twin Goodies who was selling them originally under another vendor name which the Moco made them quit using.

DK for me ! Best thing i've done to my trike. Fit good and and the finish is top notch. I've turned alot of people on to them. Wish i wouldn't have known about them years ago i would have run them on my other bikes.
