'17 Tri Glide parking brake

FWIW, my 17 Freewheeler and my 17 Triglide both did/do the same thing and I think the earlier models I have owned did too. Trouble is the pads stick to the disks if applied wet. I don't know what to do to fix it - I just try to avoid using the parking brake wen wet by leaving it in gear but that is far from an optimal solution. Anybody know a real cure?

Thanks, I will get out of the habit of setting the parking brake when not necessary.
