Engine...Whole bike? Just a thought is that Metal Chrome Caps {and Bolts} hold heat.

I've been using the kind that pushes in on top of the bolt heads (plugs?) - way cheaper then the full caps. And I think just as nice looking.

As GaryD pointed out, have used them on my softail and my road king with good results, haven't decided yet if I'm going to do it with the triglide or not, knowing me I will and easy to take off if needed, not sure about the ones that Kevin uses, don't know anything about them but they do look good
