The change over let me lose those ugly looking, get in your way calf killers Harley uses for passenger floorboards. The mini floorboards with their black body blend in against the side covers nicely. The brackets allow one to use fold up pegs too should that be one's choice.

Then it don't matter whatcha got back there. Take the durn things off, or just keep them folded up unless in use. That's what I do.

I had them off initially. Then it dawned on me that the half cover's elastic stirrups use the bracket as tie down points. Yeah, I could have simply left the shoulder bolt in the lower hole except doing that would have looked ghetto without question. :laugh:
